The Origin Story:
We didn’t design this pedal in a cold, boring corporate lab. FLIP-FLOPs was born in the trenches of studio life, cooked up by two gear-obsessed producer-dads who spent way too many hours dialing in the perfect mix. We wanted to squeeze an entire masterclass of overdrive dynamics into a single box. It’s named FLIP-FLOPs because it’s the ultimate casual-looking powerhouse, but also because of our secret weapon: a magic routing switch that lets you flip the order of the circuits instantly. Whether you’re working a 24-hour studio shift or rocking out in the garage before the kids wake up, this is the ultimate creative partner for finding your signature sound.

The Bloodline:
This double-threat monster fuses two completely distinct tonal DNAs into one enclosure, combining our Kingdom Blues (a recreation of the transparent drive) on the right, and our Wisemen (a heavily modernized take on the legendary TS808 style) on the left.The Right Side (Kingdom Blues): Your "always-on" foundation. It mimics a cranked Fender Blackface amp, giving you pure transparency, touch-sensitive dual-clipping stages, and hidden internal DIP switches to reshape your midrange mojo on the fly.The Left Side (Wisemen): Packed with the holy-grail JRC4558D chip for that authentic, warm mid-range bump that cuts through any band mix. We deleted the muddy low-gain fluff of traditional green boxes and added Fat, Bright, and Clip toggles to make it the most versatile screamer on the planet.
The Art & Soul:
The design is a celebration of that ultimate "producer-dad" relaxation vibe, wrapping the enclosure in a vibrant, citrus-soaked orange summer aesthetic. Scattered across the canvas are a pair of casual flip-flops, surrounded by fresh slices of lemon, lime, and grapefruit.This paint job perfectly mirrors the sonic experiment inside the box. Just like mixing zesty lemons, sour limes, and bitter grapefruits creates the ultimate refreshing summer drink, stacking the different circuits in this pedal creates a juicy blend of tones. The flip-flops are a reminder to kick back, stop overthinking the gear, and have fun blending your fresh new sounds.

The real magic is the toggle in the middle. Run Kingdom Blues into Wisemen (A→B) for a fat, boosted solo tone that jumps out of the speakers, or flip it to run Wisemen into Kingdom Blues (B→A) to wrap that classic mid-hump inside a glassy, amp-like dynamic envelope. No patch cables required.
